MIMES (Most Imbecilic Mime Ensemble Show)

Three mimes, a ladder, a lightbulb, and a loaded gun come together in this visual comedy show. Set in the world of unconventional mimes, the performance explores the duality between the mime world and the real world. Through the art of mimicry and clowning, the absurdities of real life are portrayed. The conflict begins with the seemingly simple task of changing a faulty lightbulb, which proves impossible to resolve. One mime seeks practical solutions while the other two exist only in the “invisible” world. As they work to fix the problem, they create and destroy worlds, from the illusion of changing an invisible lightbulb to a no-holds-barred combat packed with gags.
