Smoking Apples

Smoking Apples is a puppetry and visual theater company that works with complex subject matter. They create innovative shows, covering enjoyable and accessible topics for audiences, combining puppetry, live actors and a unique style of movement. The company’s work includes “In Our Hands”, which received critical acclaim and has toured the UK and Europe, “CELL”, a collaboration with Dogfish Theater Company, which was nominated for a Peter Brook Award 2014, which has undertaken national and international tours and played to sold out crowds at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2015 and 2017, as well as “Flux”, which is Smoking Apples’ sixth original production.
