Ondrej Kovaľ

Ondrej Kovaľ is a Slovak theatre, film and television actor. He was born in Bratislava and studied acting at the Academy of Performing Arts (VŠMU), where he later also worked as a lecturer. He has long been associated with the Drama Company of the Slovak National Theatre, where he has created numerous notable roles in both classical and contemporary productions and is regarded as a respected figure of Slovak drama. On stage, Ondrej Kovaľ is appreciated for his natural acting style, precise attention to detail and ability to portray the psychological depth of his characters. Critics often describe him as an actor with remarkable authenticity and strong stage presence. He regularly appears in Slovak and Czech film and television productions. Audiences may recognize him from films such as Želary, Holiday Makers, Identity Card, Colette, as well as more recent titles including Happy New Year 2: Welcome Home, Stand Up, Three Golden Dukats, and Miky. He also appeared in the television series Milenky.
