Jacob Erftemeijer

Jacob Erftemeijer is a Czech theater, film, and television actor of Dutch origin. Born in 1989 in the Netherlands, he has lived in the Czech Republic since childhood. He studied dramatic acting at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) in Prague. After graduating, he joined the ensemble of the Vinohrady Theatre, where he spent several seasons. He later became a permanent ensemble member at the Švandovo Theatre in Prague and has guest-performed at the Summer Shakespeare Festival, the National Theatre, the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre, and the Semafor Theatre. On screen, he made a mark in films such as Jan Palach and Waves (Vlny). On television, he has appeared in successful miniseries and series including Specialisté, Adikts, Zlatá labuť, and Případ Roubal.
