Sabina Remundová

Sabina Remundová is a Czech actress, director, and screenwriter, and a distinctive figure of contemporary theatre and television. The daughter of acting legend Iva Janžurová, she graduated from DAMU. She began her career at the Municipal Theatre in Mladá Boleslav and now works long-term on Prague stages, particularly at Prague City Theatres and Divadlo U hasičů. She has also guest-performed at the National Theatre and other venues. In addition to acting, she is active as a director and author. On stage, Sabina Remundová is appreciated for her intelligent humor, precise timing, and ability to combine naturalism with strong stage energy. Together with her sister Theodora and her mother Iva Janžurová, she appeared in the film Výlet. She has also appeared on television in the series Marta a Věra, Kukačky, Případy 1. oddělení, and in the fairy tale film Sedmero krkavců.
