Antonín Brukner

Antonín Brukner is a Czech actor who comes from a puppeteering family and studied alternative and puppet acting at DAMU. He gained experience with ensembles such as OldStars, Tygr v tísni, Divadlo v Dlouhé, and the West Bohemian Theatre in Cheb, and is also a co-founder of the touring company Ductus Deferens. He made his on-screen debut in the student film Za pár hodin zítra (Tomorrow in a Few Hours), later appearing in the documentary 13 Minutes and in TV series such as Specialists and Crime Scene České Budějovice. Audiences also saw him in the drama film The Stodola Murders (Manželé Stodolovi) and the series Taneční. Critics praise his natural expression, energy, and openness to new challenges, which make him one of the most distinctive faces of the young acting generation.
