Matěj Anděl
Matěj Anděl is a Czech theater and television actor. Born in Prague, he studied dramatic acting at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU) and is a co-founder of the independent theater group Tygr v tísni. Between 2014 and 2019, he was a key ensemble member at the Klicperovo Theatre in Hradec Králové, performing leading roles in classic plays such as Romeo and Juliet, Richard III, and The Graduate. Throughout his career, he has also guest-performed at the National Theatre in Prague, Divadelní společnost Masopust, and Divadlo NaHraně, and is currently a permanent ensemble member at the Švandovo Theatre in Prague. On screen, he starred in the feature film Narušitel and appeared in numerous popular drama and crime series, including The First Republic, Policie Modrava, Lynč, Polda, Místo zločinu Zlín, and Místo zločinu Ostrava.
